About Rodeo Palms

Rodeo Palms was built in the 2000s around a chain of lakes, with palm trees along the main streets. Residents share a clubhouse with a pool, a splash pad, a playground, sports courts, walking trails and lakes for catch-and-release fishing. The Rodeo Palms Community Association runs the amenities and enforces the deed restrictions, and membership is mandatory.

Because the homes are mostly 15 to 20 years old, Rodeo Palms often costs less per square foot than the brand-new communities along Highway 288. When you tour, we check the roof, the air conditioning, the foundation and the total tax rate, including any MUD tax.
