About Pomona

Pomona is developed by Hillwood Communities and covers about 1,000 acres, with more than 300 acres set aside as open space, wetlands and trails along Mustang Bayou. Plans call for about 2,300 homes. The first homes were delivered in 2015.

Amenities include Camp Pomona and The Backyard, a fishing lake with a dock at Fish Camp, the Exploration Zone, playgrounds, an outdoor fireplace and miles of trails. A lifestyle director plans events for residents year-round. Several national and Houston builders have built here over the years, so you can compare floor plans and prices in one place.
