Monica studied Communications at the University of Houston and University of Texas at Brownsville where she lived for 5 years before returning to Houston. Before working in Real Estate, she worked in Research for over a decade. Managing a Research Study with thousands of participants with many different life circumstances has cultivated compassion and understanding of people’s needs in life.

Outside of work, she likes to explore new restaurants, travel, and participate in local runs with friends and family for charitable foundations such as the BeTheOne Run and the Rhythm and Blues Run.
